Problem: Player has a black screen with a spinning wheel when using Microsoft Edge browser
Solution: try using a different browser e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox
Problem: Audio issues on older MacBooks using Safari browser
Solution: try using a different browser e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox
Other player/stream issues:
Try using a different browser that you are currently using
Make sure the player’s url in the address bar is: https://hybrid-player.streamguys.com/mitm/sgplayer/mobile.php

On your computer or laptop: right click on the Window button in the lower left-hand side of the screen – Click “Settings” – Click “Systems” – Click “About” and scroll down to where it says “Windows Specifications”
On your MacBook: click on the Apple symbol in the upper left corner – Click “About This Mac” – on the “Overview” page you will see your “macOS Version” e.g. 10.13.2
On iPhones: Go to “Settings” – “About” – “Version” and you will see the “iOS Version” e.g. 11.2.2
On Android e.g. on Samsung phones: Go to “settings” – “About Phone” – “Software Version” and here you’ll see “Android Version” e.g. 7.0

Open the browser – click on the three dots on the top right-hand side of the screen – go to “Settings” – in Microsoft Edge, you’ll need to press “Settings” again from the list. In Chrome, you’ll need to press the three horizontal lines where it says “Settings” and then “About”
